First off, another fabulous campaign targeted at les hommes de Lanvin. Johannes S, shot by Inez & Vinoodh, stars as the urban/city boy on the go who just happens to be slathered in Lanvin, head-to-toe. An amazing backdrop, to-die-for clothes, accessories (closeups after the jump), and the magic behind the house of Lanvin, make for a perfectly translatable campaign.
One standout aspect within the campaign (among many others) is the attention to spring trends. The suit from…
Another fabulous H&M collaboration; it’s official! The coveted accessories brand Jimmy Choo will be collaborating with fast-fashion powerhouse, H&M. According to hm.com, the collection will consist of shoes, bags, and even CLOTHING, to complement the accessories! As fantastic as this is for women worldwide, they did not leave the men to dry. “…this collaboration includes a men’s collection of shoes, bags and accessories.” Come November 14th, I’m taking a trip to the nearest H&M that carries the collection. Only for a Jimmy Choo x H&M collab will I bring a huge parka nd shiver my a** off outside, as to be a part of the mad rush when the store opens at 9am sharp. Hopefully I won’t be trampled to death.

A new, and rather revealing alternative to hangers and hooks in your bedroom. I’m loving that blue patent bag by Dries Van Noten! (first shot below)

Ladies: Head to your nearest Gucci store come Fall 2009, to amp up your wardrobe with a stellar line-up of accessories. My eyes were locked on the patent belts, the bags, the stunna shades (it doesn’t get any more stunna), but most of all the leather peep-toe heels and thigh high boots. I particularly loved it on account of the all-black scheme through the accessories against the POPS of color in the clothes. You can never go wrong with black, spring or summer (smart move Giannini). Frida knows what her girls want and provided a very diverse collection. She may be under the assumption that leather anything is in… and she was spot on.
and now….the shoes… *sigh*
(Leather pants with patent chevron insets, not boots… I think)
